With a degree in engineering and a doctorate in mechanics, I gradually oriented my career towards the fields of quality, safety and the environment. In recent years, I’ve had the opportunity to work for a number of companies in the Costarmoric region, which has enabled me to develop a hands-on, human approach to QHSE management.
When I joined Raphaël, I was keen to take on new challenges. Accompanying a company that is two hundred years old in its organizational transformation is an exciting prospect: moving practices towards a demanding industrial culture, while preserving the artisanal soul that gives the company its identity. I was pleasantly surprised to find, as in my previous experiences, a high level of technical expertise on a product that is nonetheless handcrafted.
